GENERAL PRACTICE - WALK IN CENTRES - HMP's

Requirements:

SURGERY - GENERAL PRACTICE

o 3 - 5 hour sessions (2.5 - 3 Hours of surgery)
o Paperwork generated from surgery and possible on call with visits
o 1-10 sessions per week
o Ad hoc Sessions and full time posts available
o Mileage Paid at £0.50 per mile

WALK IN CENTRES

o 4- 10 hour sessions
o Paperwork generated from surgery
o 1-10 sessions per week
o Ad hoc Sessions and full time posts available
o Mileage Paid at £0.50 per mile
o Our GP’s can earn £1,000.00 per day in our Walk in Centres

HMP’s

o Locum GP's with experience in substance misuse needed for various sessions within HMPS.
o RCGP qualification in substance misuse part 1 part 2 is useful but not a necessity
o The hours are between 8.00am - 8.30pm with Weekend work and night shifts available

o A Locum GP without prison experience would also be welcome, many prisons operate regular GP Surgeries for the prison population separate from substance misuse clinics. An Informal meeting can be arranged if you wish to learn more of the services you are required to conduct within the prison. All GP's are required to visit the prison for security checks before the session(s) can start.
