Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Manager for a mental health treatment and rehabilitation care home. The home has the capacity of 14 beds, we are looking for a Manager to take a leading role in the development and growth of this project.

As Care Home Manager you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the home, manage all aspects of the care home ensuring it's efficient and effective operation, ensuring each service user receives care appropriate to their individual needs.

Suitable candidates must be RMN, have good knowledge of CQC and experience in managing a similar home. NVQ 4/RMA (or equivalent management qualification) is essential for this post. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
