Job Results: Care Work, Care Coordinator

The role of the care co-ordinator is not just administration. In addition to having a real affinity with people, a successful care co-ordinator should have good administration skills, be organised and keen to gain customer service and liaison skills. Recruitment and human resources (personnel) experience are also a plus because the co-ordinator is responsible for screening applicants for interviews and obtaining references. An HNC or HND in business administration is required for this post.
